Ingredients

2 large onions, chopped

1 1/2 - 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

seasonings of preference (such as parsley, rosemary, garlic, black pepper, etc.)

Directions

1.) In a small saucepan, mix both and onions.

2.) Turn heat to medium and boil until onions are tender. Add fresh herbs or whatever seasonings sound good! Enjoy!

8 ounces skim milk (or soy milk, almond milk, etc)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

4 teaspoons finely shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon chili powder

2 cups water (or more to reach desired consistency)
